THE POTENTIAL OF MULTICULTURALISM IN THE FORMATION OF THE ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK OF THE REGION

The article deals with the possibility of modernizing development of the re- gional economy based on rational complementarity of economic potential of its territory with vari- ous types of structure. It considers the conceptual issues for the formation of the economic frame- work of the region, ensuring the reproductive integrity and balanced development of its economic complex. The author presents the vision of the structure of the economic framework of the region in the functional and hierarchical perspective, which allows to consider comprehensively the tech- nological interconnectedness of ?supporting? enterprises (growth points) of the area, and ensure the inclusion of support and service industries into the structure of the framework
