Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Koordinasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Suatu Studi Pada Cabang Pelayanan Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Wilayah Kota Bandung III Soekarno Hatta)

Abstract
The location of this reseach was at Bandung City Regional III Soekarno Hatta Branch Office of West Java Province’s Revenue Service Agency. Based on the result of field study, it showed that employee’s performance at Bandung City Regional III Soekarno Hatta Branch Office of West Java Province’s Revenue Service Agency have not been optimum yet. This condition was presumably caused by motivation level, work discipline and employee’s coordination that were believed on the lower level. Going from above fenomena, the problem that would be solved by this research as such: how did employees’ work motivation, discipline, coordination and performance at Bandung City Regional III Soekarno Hatta Branch Office of West Java Province’s Revenue Service Agency. How high did the influence of their employees’ work motivation, discipline and coordination on their performance, partially as well as simultaneously. Methodology used in this research was analytical descriptive method with a population size of 31 employees who all were selected to be respondents (survey). The techniques adopted to analize data were correlation analysis technique to find out relationships level between variables under study and path analytic technique to show the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, both directly and undirectly. Data was analized by the aid of Statistical Package of Social Scientists (SPSS) software 17 and Excel. The results of the study showed that employees’ work motivation was on good category, employees’ work discipline was on good category, employees’ work coordination was on fairly good category, and employees’ performance was on good category. Simultaneously, the influence of motivation, work discipline and coordination on employees’ performance at Bandung City Regional III Soekarno Hatta Branch Office of West Java Province’s Revenue Service Agency was on the total of 81,8%, and the rest of total 18,2% was influenced by other variables.
