Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Corporate Culture, Interpersonal communication, and organization commitment towards employee performance at Unit Network Management System Infratel PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. The research was done by taking employee population in Unit Network Management System Infratel PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. The resesrch method which used the analysis descriftive method, with respondents 70 employee (population).Using the path analisys, the result of research is as followed. Corporate Culture illustration gained 4,11 score in average. The average score is based on the interpretation of the criteria table. It includes into good category.. Interpersonal communication illustration gained 4,06 score in average. The average score is based on the interpretation of the criteria table. It includes into good category. organization commitment illustration gained 4,07 score in average. The average score is based on the interpretation of the criteria table. It includes into good category. Employee performance illustration gained 4,07 score in average. The average score is based on the interpretation of the criteria table. It includes into good category. The direct influence of the Corporate Culture to the Employee performance gained 16,70 %, The indirect influence through the Interpersonal communication gained 10,50 % and through organization commitment gained 7,50 %. So the total influence score is 34,70 %. The direct influence of the Interpersonal communication to the employee performance gained 8,40 %, The indirect influence through the Corporate Culture gained 10,50 % and through organization commitment gained 5,00 %. So the total influence score is 23,90 %. The direct influence of the organization commitment to the employee performance gained 9,20 %, The indirect influence through the Corporate Culture gained 7,50 % and through Interpersonal communication 5,00 %. So the total influence score is 21,70 %. The influence of Corporate Culture , Interpersonal communication and organization commitment for the employee performance at Unit Network Management System Infratel PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Simultannesly is 80,30 %. The result shows that there is a significant effect.
