CHOSEN ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL AREAS

This article presents the opinions of entrepreneurs from rural areas of West Pomeranian Province about the internal and external conditions of their business. The study was carried out in West Pomerania province in 2015. It was found that the main factor that led respondents to start a business was to obtain additional or alternative income. Important role played by the possibility of self-employment as well as employment of own family. Other reasons were related to the unprofitability of agricultural production and the instigation of the family.
