Struktur dan Simbol-?‐Simbol Dalam Teks Drama “Orang‐Orang Kalah” Karya Hang Kafrawi (Kajian Struktural‐Semiotika)

Drama has a structure containing meaningful symbols. This study aims at finding the structure and symbols’ meaning of “Orang?Orang Kalah” written by Hang Kafrawi. The revealing of the structure and symbols’ meaning, in this case, is conducted by using structural?semiotics theory. The result of the analysis indicates conflict of ideas reflected in physical conflicts which are caused by an unknown figure. It is revealed through the plot, characters, dialogue, and direction of the drama performance.
