Abstract
The effect of moisture content drying rate for different diameter s of green peas under different temperature s is critically analyzed in this paper. The above parameters under different temperature s and dia meter s are analyzed without using bla nching techniq ue . It is observed that the process play s a vital role in the reduction of the moisture content under different temperatures and diameters. The drying of green peas was done in a fluidized bed dryer operating at different temperatures.
