Abstract
The article describes current data about the causes and mechanisms of tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy and reports basic strategies of treatment. The analysis of literature shows that uniform criteria of differential diagnostics have not been developed at present time, the role of genetic disposition and inflammatory process in aetiopathogenesis of this pathology have not been studied properly.
