Abstract

Summary. Role of blood factors as probable genetic markers investigated tooth decay in 93 people aged 12-14 years. Representation material found on comparative assessment of the frequency of detection of blood groups in 3227 blood donors ? residents of Ukraine. Determining genetic markers of blood and saliva conducted in hemagglutination reaction. As a result of genetic and morphological studies the groups at risk of dental caries depending on group membership to the systems ABO (H), P1, MN, Lewis. Found a different structure of enamel, depending on group membership to the ABO system, denser structure of different tooth enamel persons with B5 (III) and ABo (IV) of blood samples of tooth enamel people with O5b (I) and Ab (II) characterized by a loose group structure.
