Summary. Urgency. Periodontal disease is the most common human diseases. The problem of rational treatment of generalized periodontitis is relevant. In the complex treatment of generalized periodontitis traditionally used different groups of drugs. Today attracts role of nitric oxide in the development of various pathologic processes.
