MANIFESTASI BUDAYA DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: Membangun Intelektualisme Budaya dengan Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam

Manifestation of culture in Islamic education is a reality that can’t be avoided. Therefore must be addressed with wise and prudent. Because building a culture of intellectualism through the values of Islamic education can make culture become more meaningful. Islamic education that has developed along with the development of culture needs to get a serious response as a form of adaptation to the progress of time. The dynamics of age so rapidly if not balanced it will erode all there. For example, there are still educational values that are based only on the texts of the Qur’an and hadith alone without contextualitation with cultural reality. Departing from that, this article will review how to build a culture of intellectualism in Islamic education without having to remove the noble values contained therein. With the expectation that kebekukan and stiffness in the world of Islam little by little education could soon disappear.
