Analysis of world’s trends of bankruptcy and Ukrainian realities as a recall to the global instability

Abstract
In the terms of increasing instability in worlds economy, in the article were analyzed the general trends of the global corporate market in the context of bankruptcy fillings. Described the industries that are the most vulnerable to financial instability and highlighted the major corporations that went bankrupt in 2014. Analyzed the unfavorable financial condition of US corporate market in recent years and the general trends that are applicable in the American economy in the context of mentioned topic. Provided the parsing of bankruptcy dynamics of Ukrainian enterprises and analyzed the sectors of the economy, that are the most vulnerable to financial instability. Described the largest enterprises that went bankrupt in 2014. In the article mentioned the general reasons for bankruptcy of Ukrainian enterprises. Concluded the necessity of crisis management both: on corporate and national level in order to prevent bankruptcy fillings and highlighted general features of foreign and domestic systems of state bankruptcy regulation.
