Abstract
We have carried out multifactorial retrospective analysis of natural histories of110 inpatients with neurovascular diseases. These patients were undergone physical and instrumental examination. The instrumental methods were rheoencepha-lography, ultrasound duplex scanning of head and neck vessels, nuclear-resonance tomography, computerized tomography. It determines significant properties of diagnostic methods for making correct diagnosis. These properties are sensitivity, specificity, prognostic value; aggregate of fullness (direct and indirect), structural and functional nature of receipt information; temporal and spatial resolution of the method; safety for patient and cost.
