Abstract
Thyroidin status and thyrocyte ultrastructure of thyroid gland in case of hypofunction induced by introduction of exogenic triiodothyronine and inhibitors of albuminous synthesis wese studied in the corse of experiments on laboratory animals using radioimmunologic and electronomicroscopic techniques. Changes in vacuolar-lysesemic system were observed which reflected the disturbance in iodothyronine formation and indicated intensificantion of autophagocytosis process in cytoplasm of follicular endocrinocytes.
