Abstract
It's a well known fact that the autoimmune mechanisms are lie in the base of demyelinizational diseases. In the base of this work was putted the problem to look into a matter of MS and disseminated encephalomyelitis (DE) in the light of a clinic-immunologic collations with the obligatory account for age of patients, as well as duration and degrees of gravity of diseases.
