Abstract
By means of original method to model the ulcer disease in rabbits and on large clinical material the authentic rise of serum atfa-amylase activity was found out by gastric ulcer less two years long which was correlate with ulcer's area. The rise of activity was noted against acute pancreatitis. This test is recommended for diagnosis of gastric ulcer.
