FUZZY PETRI NETS CONSTRUCTION FOR PREDICTING THE BANK - DEPOSIT PROFILES

Fuzzy Petri nets are powerful specifications as they cover concurrency and control of impreciseness of any real time application domain .Researchers use this tool for interpreting the results obtained in data mining. Data mining helps marketing professionals improve their understanding of customer behavior. In turn, this better understanding allows them to target market ing campaigns more accurately and to align campaigns more closely with the needs, wants and attitudes of customers and prospects. In this paper, fuzzy Petri nets and classification mining techniques have been implemented using a real marketing data obtain ed from Portuguese marketing campaign related to bank deposit subscription The aim of this study is to predict whether a clien t will subscribe a term deposit .
