Abstract
We found that the mass of dust on the leaves of the trees is at its maximum at the distance of 100 meters from the road. An inverse ratio between the amount of dust and the leaf plate area was revealed. During traffic the greatest part of the dust emission (in mass) is composed of rubber dust, producing a negative effect on human health.
