Abstract
Programmed cell death (apoptosis) and cell proliferation is impotent factors in pathogenesis of tumors. Apoptosis and cell proliferation were studied in human leimyomas, myometrium and leiomyosarcomas. Expression of Ki-67, Bax, Bcl-xL was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Determine difference in apoptosis and proliferation in tissues.
