The study of the main pathogenetic mechanisms after thin ileus correction

Abstract
Microcirculatory chanpes in intestinal wall is the common sing determining the depth and reversibility of the demape in spite of all complexity and variety of pathological mechanisms, which are developed after different etiology thin ileus correction. These changes are of the same type and depend on the condition of the intestinal obstruction and on the duration of postoperative period after necrotic changed small intestinal loop resection. The main causes of complications in the nearest and remote postoperative period are disturbed small intestine wall circulation and adducting small intestine portion inflammation.
