SOME ASPECTS PHARMACOTOXYCAL O AETHACIZIN AND DIMEPHOSPHONE

Pharmacotoxycal properties of aethacizin (0,5 mg/kg) and dimephosphone (100 mg/kg) are investigated in conditions of chronic hypody-namic stress on white mice. It is shown, that aethacizin unlike dimephosphone raises mortality in animals, does not warn of relative myocardial hypertrophy and what'is more essential, it aggravates stress-induced loss of animals weight more significantly than the antioxydant.
