Abstract
The static-pulsed treatment (SPT) is a new developed and patented scientific team of MI VlGU method of sur-face-plastic deformation (SPD). Its feature is combination of static and dynamic loading of deformation zone. The main strain effect is due to dynamic component of load, which is formed in shock system and reported in deformation in form of sustained momentum. Preliminary static compression of the tool to the workpiece makes better use of energy shock pulse.
