Structure formation peculiarities of alloy Cu47Ni8Ti34Zr11 in the conditions of an isothermal quenching from a liquid state

Abstract
By methods of consistent numerical solution of the heat conduction and kinetics mass crystallisation equations the calculations of microstructure parameters of bulk amorphization alloy Cu47Ni8Ti34Zr11 (Vit 101), formed at casting melt in preliminary heated Cu-casting-form, is executed. On an instance of 0,5?10-3 m cross-section ingots the possibility of determination of an isothermal solidification regime and forming primary nanocrystal structures is shown.
