The article highlights the problem matters of the environment influence on personality formation; it characterizes ideas, conceptions and approaches with regard to the essence of informal associations. On the ground of the studied ideas and conceptions we can state that informal youth associations spontaneously appear in the process of youth activity whose life is characterized by mutual activities, relations, communication and is revealed in the process of interaction, mutual influence, unity and either exacerbation of differences or fusion of certain kinds of activity. Therefore, the most important tasks were to determine the major factors favouring emergence of youth informal associations and to implement the most efficient teaching methods in order to work with this category of student youth.
