Abstract
The issue of the formation of denial of driven piles is discussed. It is assumed that the pile denial is the deformation of the soil layer located below the forming firm zone under the continuous instantaneous load transmitted through the soles of the firm cores from the blow of the hammer on the head of the pile. Propose to define the pile denial under the condition of energy balance ? the formation energy of the hammer blow, and its expenditure on the submerged piles.
