THE USAGE OF INTRAVENOUS LASER THERAPY IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF EPILEPSIS PATIENTS

The study of medical influence of laser irradiation of blood is organized in 34 patients with different forms of epilepsy. It is shown that complex therapy with the use of intravenous laser-therapy exerts activating influence upon electric activity of cerebrum and brings about reduction of paroxysmal activity. Possible mechanisms of antiepileptic action and perspectives of medical use of laser irradiation of blood are discussed.
