Abstract
In the present article the role of lysosomal enzymes of myocardiocytes in the intracellular processes both in an intact heart and at different levels of myocardial infarction is discussed. Use of index of acid hydrolases concentration as a non-specific diagnostic criterion for early laboratory biochemical diagnosis of cardionecrosis is considered.
