Abstract
At the level of the inguinal and scrotal parts of the spermatic code anastomoses between the arterial vessels of the scrotum organs ? the testicle and cremaster arterics and the artery of the semenifer duct occur in cases. From the physiological and clinical points of view the role of these anastomoses is not great so far as the provision of the collateral blood circulation is concerned. The anatomic formation of the intricate structure; of the lower end of the testicle occur regularly in the region of the passenis of the epididymis lail into the semenifer duct and there all the three main arteries anastomose between each other. It was suggested to call this anastomosic formation the “Intersystematic fusion of the testical arteries” is represented in two morphological variants: 1) The variant of complete vascular ring; 2) The variant of the incomplete vascular half ring.
