Abstract

We have studied clinico-diagnostic peculiarities in the course of the mitral-vaive prolapse in the combination with anomalously disposed chord in different trimesters of women´s pregnancy and in the postnatal period. For all that we have discovered the increase of the frequency of the main cardiological complaints (cardialgy, fachycardia and intermissions in the work of heart, dyspneas) of women with mitral valve prolapse in the combination with anomalously disposed chord while the pregnancy period is alapsing. We have also observed the increase of degree of the mitral valve prolapse and mitral regurgitation by the third trimester of pregnancy and the positive dynamics according to these indices in the post-natal period.
