Abstract
32 patients with hypertension were administered prolonged calcium antogonist Kordipin XL as monotherapy in combination with other antihypertnensive preparations during 56 weeks. It allowed to achieve and maintain ABP lower 140/90 mm Hg with good medicinal therapy tolerance in all patients during the whole period of study.
