INFLUENCE МЕТFORMIN ON THE CONDITION OF PROCESSES OF HYDRATATION IN COMPONENTS OF BLOOD AT CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS WITH THE METABOLIC SYNDROME

In work the results of research of influence metformin on a condition of processes of hydratation in components of blood with children and teenagers with a metabolic syndrome are submitted. Hydratation of components of blood was estimated by gravimetric by a method (Faraschuk N.F., 2002). It is established, that application of metformin with children and teenagers with a metabolic syndrome leads to increase connected and to reduction free fractions of water in components of blood. The increase of the adaptable mechanisms determined on dynamics of water fractions, with children and teenagers with a metabolic syndrome occurs on a background of reduction of insulin resistance.
