THE INFLUENCE OF SMOKING ON THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF YOUNG PHYSICALLY ACTIVE PEOPLE ORGANISM

Abstract
The organized group of young physically active male persons (177 men) was examined. 21,5% of them smoke & 4,5% of them gave up smoking. Among smoking persons the neuroticism level & the rate of inherited aggravations concerning ishemia of heart were higher in comparison with non- smoking persons. A probe with physical activity in the group of smokers showed a rapid psychological reserve exhaustion & also some functional abnormalities of the cardiovascular system (the CVS),that is, the lowering of aerobic abilities and after the probe accompanied by physical activity there appeared more prolonged restoration of hemodynamic indices & evident vegetative changes
