Abstract
The view that globalisation is inevitable prevailing in the discourse of globalisation is actually the greatest forgery. Above all, this discourse serves to cover the American centered world sovereignity relations. As the American superiority and sovereignty has been world wide at the present time, it enables the validity of this forgery. The basic characteristics that emerge in the circumstances of globalisation has been seen in various levels as depreciation, anti-consciousness, anti-organization, anti-power/state, anti-politics.
