The volume and location planning of the available housing building objects

Interrelated and interdependent problems of formation and reconstruction of large cities and providing the population with affordable housing and on the example of Kyiv are considered. Comprehensively outlines the contents and principles of secondary development and rehabilitation of residential development with the maximum use of existing buildings and infrastructure of urban areas. Implemented forecasting the volume of residential construction, including affordable (social) housing in Kyiv for the period of 20 years. Further research, based on a reasonable forecast of the volume of construction of affordable housing, development of the method of formation, evaluation, selection and substantiation of rational organizational and technological decisions of construction of affordable housing will help to achieve better values for the predictable technical and economic performance within existing limitations on the total value of the project and the total living area can be obtained as a result of the project. Application of the technique of substantiation of technical and economic indices of projects of construction of affordable housing by the choice of rational organizational and technological decisions in conditions of limited resources will allow to minimize costs and resources to ensure the quality of construction products in accordance with regulatory requirements.
