Abstract
The article reveals the methods of the identification of formation of the target-motivational component of of future social workers readiness for preventative activities. The carried-out experimental diagnostics of the level of formation of target-motivational component of preparedness for preventative activities leads to a conclusion that the overall level of the target-motivational component can be evaluated as sufficient and elementary (with the advantage of a sufficient). The author suggests that the efficient formation of target-motivational component can be achieved only in case of the enrichment of the content of vocational and practical training of future social workers with the terms and priorities for preventative activity.
