Abstract
The immunologic aspects of the superficial bladder cancer, the interaction of the local and systemic immune processes are considered in the paper. The role of the human papilloma-viruses in the oncologic process has been estimated. The purpose of the systemic interferon therapy in case of superficial urinary bladder cancer has been substantiated.
