Abstract
The results of study devoted to simvastatin and lovastatin influence on the activity of lysosomic enzymes - Katepsin D, DNAase and galactosidase in myocardium and on the blood glucose in alloxan diabetes are presented in the article. Non-sedimentation enzyme activity is considered to increase in myocardium on the background of sedimentation decrease in alloxan diabetes. Statines lead to the decrease of non-sedimentation activity of lysosomic enzymes in miocardium and to the decrease of glucose level in blood as far as pathology level is considered.
