Varicocele and male sterility in view of polygenic hypogonadism nature and the manifestation of dysplasia syndrome of the connective tissue

Abstract
The results of examination and treatment of 40 male patients suffering from sterility and left-sided orthostatic varicocele are given in the present paper; clinical manifestation of hypogonadism along with the signs of dysplasia syndrome of the connective tissue is observed. The study revealed heterogeneity of testicular insufficiency in patients with male sterility and varicocele which supports the necessity of multidisciplinary approach to etiopathogenetic diagnostics of reproductive disorders and andrologic syndrome in case of varicocele as well as for reproductive prognosis of surgical treatment.
