Abstract
The objective of the present research is to determine views on cheating, reasons for cheating, cheating methods and reasons for choosing this methods of School of Physical Education and Sport students. Qualitative research methods were used in this study. This research integrates collectively 20 junior students studying in Karadeniz Technical University School of Physical Education and Sport during the end of spring term in 2012- 2013 academic year. Data have been analyzed by using qualitative research techniques. After data were numbered, respectively papers were given to the students to get their views, firstly students opinions gathered under sub-problems then classified according to the cheating case. After classification data was coding with an inductive approach and concepts and themes were exhibited. The result showed that eighty-one percent of students attempted to cheating behaviors. The views on cheating have been grouped 5 main themes, reasons for cheating have been grouped under 4 main themes and methods of cheating have been grouped under 3 main themes.
