Abstract

The strategic analysis of a today’s condition of mining and metallurgical complex is carried out. Two types of the strategic analysis are applied: SWOT analysis and M. Porter’s strategic industry analysis. As a result of carrying out the strategic analysis strong features and weaknesses of mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine are formalized.
