Varicocele, male hypogonadism and reproductive prognosis

Abstract
The work is devoted to the investigation of clinical manifestation of hypogonadism in 40 patients with urolithiasis and left-side varicocele. The investigation revealed heterogeneity of testicular insufficiency in the patients with urolithiasis and varicocele, which confirms significance of multidisciplinary approach to diagnostics of reproductive disturbances and andrological syndrome and for etiotropic treatment of these patients and estimation of the prognosis.
