Abstract

Problem setting. The article is devoted to the problems of polity regulation of economic security entity. The problem of the need to improve polity policy in strengthening the economic security of the entity. Considered and analyzed the current polity of economic and legal economic security entity. Target of research. The purpose of this writing is the need to determine the ratio of economic security of business entity and state regulation of the economy. Article’s main body. The economic activity of business entities in the current market environment often has unstable and largely suffers from risks emanating from the external environment. The market is aggressive environment in the sense that all economic agents trying to get significant preferences, often using the not quite legal instruments. Sure thing that market regularities and basic principles of the existence of entities such as maximizing profit growth through aggressive promotion and acquisitions, etc. have an objective nature and are generated as a result of the economic system of a country or global economic system as a whole. In this sense, naturally expected that the existence and operation of businesses together, their interaction and development objectifies the economic system of the specific polity. Therefore, to ensure its stability and sustainable development appropriate to talk about polity influence on the entities. This effect represents a most important level of polity administrative relations - polity regulation of the economy. The importance of the problem of increasing the efficiency of polity policies in strengthening economic security in Ukraine is conditioned by the fact that the economic system that formed as a result of the transition from command-administrative economic system to a market economy, characterized by: distribution type of economy; processes of transformation of ownership; changes in the forms and subjects of governance and socio-economic processes; "concretion" interests of business and government; excessive monopolization of individual commodity markets and access to economic resources and spheres of activity; the existence of manifestations of criminalization and shadow business activities and society. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Crucial processes which happening in Ukraine should demonstrate a definitive rejection of society from any form of non-market relations in the economy and corruption in government. Herewith government reacting to changing socio-political and socio-economic needs of the business, pass now an important period of polity public administration in general, completely replacing the transitional model for liberal democracy. Given this, we should pay attention to the fact that the rejection of corruption and the fight against unprofessional polity administrative apparatus could lead to the transformation of regulatory policy, which in turn affect the system of economic security at all levels, from the polity itself and finishing entities. We can also certify that the effect that the impact of polity regulators in market processes is still quite significant and is characterized as too direct but the phasing out of so-called "manual control" economic processes lead to the formation of a qualitatively new set of tools for economic policy. Under these conditions, economic security entities will become an integral way in which will be implement market regulation. Removing corrupt acts, the polity gradually aligns market balance, restoring competitive conditions and the functioning of entities and trying to raise their own investment attractiveness.
