EXPERIENCE OF CONDUCTING LUNGS SICK OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE ILLNESS, EMPLOYEES OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The purpose of the present research was studying real desease COPD among employees of various shops at the enterprise of mechanical engineering of Ryazan, and as studying of efficiency of treatment of patients stable COPD with use of preparations tiotropium bromide (Spiriva) and fenspiride (Erespal), in view of that patients continued to work in conditions of influence of harmful production factors. By results of screening inspections diagnosis COPD is established at 167 person (19,4 %). Application of preparations Spiriva and Erespal at patients with COPD stable current has shown good clinical efficiency (reduction of expressiveness of cough and a short wind) and improvement of spirometric parameters.
