In the article directions and necessity of minimization of influence of human factor are reflected on effectiveness of state financial control. The aim of the article is is research and determination of role of human factor in the state financial checking system. The article of research is influence of human factor on effectiveness of control measures. Conducted theoretical analysis of conceptual approaches of determination of concepts "human factor" and "state financial control". It is well-proven research, that influence of human factor in the state financial checking system will be minimum due to co-operation of control system by quality of state financial control and control system by a public accountant risk. The prospects of scientific research will be determination of case a human factor frame in the system state financial control.
