Abstract
The article is devoted to showing the peculiarities of organization the іn-service education of non-formal trainer; they are conditioned by specifics of adults training and non-formal pedagogy. On the base of organizational, content, process, personal, creative peculiarities the content of educational programmers of іn-service education has been working out; it is made up due to module approach and taking into consideration the trends of іn-service education. Sosial-humanitarian, professional, diagnostic and self- educational modules have their own aim, tasks, content, forms and methods of realization. The effectiveness of іn-service education results analysis help to adjust the educational programmers content due to listeners needs.
