In this work we analyzed the role of thyroid pathology in case of development of severe forms of acute ischemic disease of heart. We demonstrated clinic-al anatomical observations of numerous cases which confirm the meaning of subclinical hypothyroidism as a risk factor for acute myocardial infarction development. There is a set of microphotos histogical preparations of thyroid glands of people died from severe forms of ischemic disease of heart.
