Оцінка впливу інновацій на збереження ресурсів підприємства

The article is devoted to actual problems estimation of influencing of innovations on the resource saving of industrial enterprises. Innovative activity is an important factor of resource saving. This problem acquires a vital importance, as its decision gives possibility to pass to more effective use of resources and accelerate an innovative process which is instrumental in the growth of economic efficiency. The purpose of article is the detailed working out and determination of methodological and practical measures on resource saving, which is based on the innovative development of industry. The study of basic tendencies of resource saving and innovative processes, analysis and estimation of their efficiency are conducted on the basis of correlation and regressive analysis. Evaluation technique of influence of innovations on the process of resource saving on the enterprise was proposed, which is based of economic and mathematic modeling. The scientific and methodological methods of the innovative activity analysis and its assessment have been improved. Classification of resources saving factors being different from existing ones, including such classified factors as the level of cost saving coming from the directions of the innovative activity. On their base the system of indexes consisting of resources and manufacturing efficiency indexes and the level of cost saving for innovation to discover and explain common factors in the process of interaction of economic targets and researched factors by means of economic and mathematic modeling, tools creating of the innovative activity managing with resources saving at machine builders, has been developed. The mechanism of influencing innovative activity and its certain directions on resources saving by means of economic and mathematic modeling has been proved. Formulas, explaining interdependence of innovations and indexes of efficiency are created. Acts algorithm of the mechanism which has been suggested, provides the most efficient and economic resources using, including interaction of innovative and operating activity modeling, impact assessment of introduced current developments in manufacturing, data optimizing of the given processes, value of investment planning after result-oriented innovative activity and the level of resources saving on its base. As a result, the main factors of the innovative activity influencing on effective resources saving have been discovered, regularity and the degree of their influence on the manufacturing process have been determined, assessment, forecasting of economic indexes of the enterprise functioning have been provided, it allows to plan their value and results of the economic operator’s work. Categorical system of innovations management theory approaches to provide resources saving at the expense of the enterprises innovative activity have been developed.
