Abstract
The investigation the incidence of cancer among population of the Ryazan region from 1998 till 2007 is conducted. The method of complex analysis has been applied to evaluate dynamics of the incidence of cancer. The growth of the incidence of cancer becomes perceptible in the Ryazan region. The increase of the incidence of cancer among the male population occurred due to the decrease of the population number. Among the female population the incidence of cancer growth is caused by the appearance of new risk factors or the intensification of existing risk factors.
