Abstract
The article analyzed the immediate results of combined operations on 138 large intestine, performed in the period from 1989 to 2000. Majority of patients had malignant tumors of the colon and rectum, ovaries, uterus with secondary lesions of various parts of the colon. During the intervention was removed from 2 to 6 bodies. Postoperative complications occurred in 38 (27.5 +3.8%) patients. After surgery, 5 patients died (3.6 +1.6%). The share of postoperative complications and mortality in the group of patients with stoma and in patients with primary restoration of intestinal continuity were not significantly different.
