Abstract
Method of identification of urine enzymes allows to estimate the extent of traumatic affect to nephritic parenchymatous tissue on cellular level depending on the seat and continuance of stand of the concrement. At definition of salt structure concrements prevalence of phosphatic stones is revealed at coral kidney stone. Knowing the enzymatic composition of urine allows not only to determine the extent of nephritic parenchima trauma, associated with presence of concrement, but to progress the early detection of complications and improve the outcome of hydronephrosis caused by nephrolithiasis.
