ISSUE ABOUT THE PREVENTION OF THE PULMONARY ARTERY'S THROMBOEMBOLISM AT PATIENTS WITH DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS OF LOWER LIMBS

Abstract
Floating thromboses of the deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs are dangerous by embolism and often provoke the pulmonary artery's thromboembolism. In the modern period ultrasonic scanning of veins is the method of the final instrumental diagnostics. Identification of floating thrombus is the indication for emergency operative intervention. 710 researches were conducted, 21 floating thromboses of the deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs were detected. Supplementary methods of diagnosis confirmation and detection of indications for emergency operative intervention weren't.
